College Visits

College Visit Attendance Policy: If a student visits a college and takes an official campus tour during regular school hours, the high school absence may be excused. To have the absence marked as "College Visit", the student must bring in documentation from the school he or she visited. The documentation must include the student's name, the name of the college visited, and the date and time of visit. Documentation must be submitted to the MHS attendance secretary. Students are allowed one excused college visit day per institution.
